My mother is getting married Saturday. Everyone seems to be happy lately. My family, my friends. I can’t remember the last time almost everyone I knew was happy.

Headed to Mobile tomorrow. Hopefully won’t get caught by Hurricane Gustav. This will be the first long trip with Cowboy too, so that should be interesting. I took him to Pet Supplies Plus tonight and gave him a bath, during which he howled and whined. Can’t say he was very happy. He didn’t make out too badly though. We left with two Bully Sticks, two Jumbones, and a few other things to keep his incessant desire to chew satisfied.
