Had a goof-off day today. Enjoyed a long walk, a brief excursion to Walgreens, and shopping for supper stuff at Publix. With grandpa’s surgery completed and expectations for him to be up and walking tomorrow, I feel a lot better.

So here we have flank steak, stuffed with mozzarella and spinach, served on a bed of baked spaghetti squash with a garlic-sage cream sauce. Dead easy and incredibly good. Carb-friendly too, which is nice.
