Made chocolate muffins for the neighbors and delivered them in neat little packages complete with polka-dotted ribbons and bows. Fried leftover macaroni in the skillet and made it for lunch. Made Hamburger Helper for supper. Swept, mopped, and generally straightened things. Picked up a new story from my editor. Sent emails to two potential new clients, made a list of things to do, read a bit, took a nap. Pondered recipes with the almond bark the neighbor gave me. Talked to my family.

This makes my 600th post. It seems like it should be something special, momentous. I’m not going to get strung out about it. Maybe there are no more earth-shattering surprises. Maybe life is this dull hum of sameness. If that’s the case, why would I expect a photoblog to be any different?
