Random snippets of thoughts because I don’t feel like doing better:
Spent a wonderful nine hour layover in Philadelphia yesterday, shooting the Italian Market, exploring Center City and the waterfront, and taste-testing Philly cheesesteaks with Alec Long ofShutter and Pupil.
These are the roses Nicholas greeted with me with at the airport in Birmingham last night.
My first meal was McDonalds’s Chicken McNuggets and fries. The nuggets have changed since the last time I ate there. They now bear an odd textural resemblance to packing peanuts.
I returned to find one of my cats very, very sick. Vet visit tomorrow.
It’s 59 degrees and raining tonight in Boston.
It’s very, very hot here. Oppresively hot.
I fell asleep typing this. I think I should go to bed now.
