Writing fast as I am bumming a wireless connection from the train in Atlanta. Expect multiple updates over the next few days. I’ll write more once I am somewhere I am not having to upload so fast.

This is a lamb shank roasted in a honey butter sauce. Very, very good. Next week Amtrak moves to airline-style dinners, so this was the time to do it.

I finished it off with a nice glass of Samuel Adams (mainly because the wine only came in half-bottle sizes and I’m having enough problems walking on the train as it is. This has to be THE way to travel.
