I don’t know why bloggers even bother to announce that they are going to give it up. At least I am in good company with the many others who have said they were leaving and changed their mind. It’s just so much a part of my life — I couldn’t give it up if I tried.

This is nothing special, just an image from the first high school football game of the year, shot tonight for The Tuscaloosa News.
